Friday morning before 11 is the best time to come. We were in and out in an hour to get a drivers permit

Come later in the afternoons, between 3-4 pm. Line and wait are a lot shorter during this time of the day. You can also check the dmv website to get an idea of the approximate wait times.

It's worth it to come to this location rather than Fair Oaks. Better parking, shorter wait and no mall patrons!

Been in line since 11:42 (time on our ticket) and it's now 12:29 - over 45 minutes

wait time is longer than most. Even if u get here before it opens there's already a line outside. Reception is none. Expect to be miserable. Average wait time 2 hours. Customer service sucks and rude
