Want spam? Looks like above tips have othing to say but self promotion. Anyway, McDonald's does a decent job of speed. Don't go between 2am and 5am if you want to use credit cards.

This mcdonalds sucks takes forever to order food, some of the staff is inaudible, and ive seen an elderly hispanic clip his nails in the dining area

Took 18 mins to get food after paying in the drive thru. That was AFTER taking 15 mins to even place my order with only 1 car in front of us. Obviously this McDonald's is not on a timer.
