View, amazing; Macadamia nut encrusted fish, delicious; chocolate dessert was very good (prefer the chocolate soufflé at Roy's); Mervin, our waiter was the best we've had in a week and 1/2 in Hawaii!

This place is amazing!! The most beautiful view. The service was awesome and the food was amazing. Definitely order the pork belly!! But everything was delicious.

Excellent place to get dinner. They have a separate vegetarian menu. I had the Tofu + Catch of the day special with tofu replacing the fish. It was excellent! A great spot to catch the sunset.

best service, view, and food! Edwin was great and was able to accommodate a vegan option for me (:. I got the roasted beats (sooo good TRUST me) just let your server know you’re vegan !

Pumpkin ravioli 👍appetizer was REALLY good + the ahi Cesar salad 👍! Pork appetizer was just ok don’t order the coconut pie. The view is awesome especially at night + the parakeets fly in around

Potentially a great sunset view. What you need to realize is that the view you get is of the backs of the non dining public standing between you in your great seat and the sunset.

Worth it. Despite the naysayers, this place has excellent food, stellar service, and great views. The vanilla bean-brown butter vinaigrette on their arugula salad is something to write home about.

Food was amazing and we didn't experience the poor service that others mentioned. Panko crusted calamari was out of this world and the ahi tuna was perfect. Also get the bananas foster for dessert!

I second/third the watermelon salad and macadamia nut crusted fresh fish and even the calamari! Great views, yet bring your patience too with the staff. Overall it was worth it!!

Cheaper alternative is getting the Koloa Fish Market and eating on the lawn next to the Beach House to enjoy the sunset.

Came for happy hour from 2:30-4:30 (Daily) excellent pupus, and pretty much half the price as usual...wont find a better view so sit on the lanai! 🥂🏝

Famous for the sunset view, you don't have to be a patron to enjoy it. Just walk on up the grass and have a seat over the rock wall and take it in.

Ask for "the secret" menu if the dinner items aren't to your liking. You will be pleased with the additional selections offered on that menu!

By far, the best dish was the calamari. I can safely say this is the best calamari (comes in strips) that I've ever had. Everything else fell flat. Won't be back.

The Fire Grilled Ahi was very good. I got it rare and it was cooked to perfection. My wife got the seafood pasta dish, and the scallops were the best either of us have had!

If you can't get a sunset reservation, show up early and have a drink at the bar. The view is beautiful and the drinks are great.

Booked sunset reservations 45 mins before. Awesome view, awesome mahi mahi. Service was lackluster and the desert was not as described. But the view - fantastic.

Great place to watch the sunset!!! They have a huge outside area along the shore... Try the drink made from the sugar cane lequor and honey! Yum

We showed up early for our reservations. The staff was snobby and rude, couldn't get a drink at the bar. Instead we left and went up the road to Roy's. Had a great time and good food.

View is spectacular, but so far service is wanting. Bartender challenged transferring our bar tab and then our timid waitress was pulled away in the middle of explaining menu to us by another table.

Ignore the average service...the food is exceptional. Scallops were super and the seafood pasta sauce was light but very good.
