The Kabob-e-Joojeh (Cornish Chicken Kabob) may be the best chicken kabob I've ever had in my life. Always so delicious, never had a hiccup. The rice is amazing, too.
The chicken really is THAT good. Perfectly cooked, so moist and flavorful. I am not a white meat chicken fan in general, but this is special. Rice is also terrific, and try the eggplant dip!!!
Accompany all the meat on the menu with a generous plate of the sweet, fragrant rice-and-carrot pilaf called shirin polo and a dish of warm eggplant dip.
