Wi-fi is not great but free, breakfast buffet is excellent. Superior rooms come with good views on the Nervion and Zubizuri bridge.

Die Lage war gut, in der Nähe zum Guggenheim Museum (ca. 10 Min) und zur Altstadt (ca. 20 Min).Das Frühstück war sehr gut.Das freundliche Personal war hilfsbereit bei ersten Tipps fürs Sightseeing.

El hotel perfecto, habitaciones grandes y muy cómodas, el cuarto de baño muy grande y súper completo, wifi gratis.... Y el desayuno es una pasada!!!

Nuestro coche se quedó sin batería y nos invitaron a un café mientras esperábamos, y además nos dejaron usar el teléfono del hotel para llamar al taller.La chica de recepción un encanto

Un poco descuidado, sobre todo cuando la habitación es supuestamente superior. Las paredes son de papel y se escucha toda la vecindad. Buenas vistas.
