Take Guli's spinning class Thursdays at 5:30pm. Great music, awesome coach. Make sure to get there 5 minutes early, 'cause you can't come in if you're 5 late. Make sure to bring a towel and water!
If you're going to the gym to work out in the first place, spent time walking here. Some students don't even know it's there, but this gym is tucked between DKR Stadium and the School of Social Work.
In the first two weeks of school make sure to show up early or all the cycling passes will be taken (free trial period). Dammit. Even if you paid for yours!
Head down to RSC instead of Gregory for a more peacefulweight room. It's a smaller weight room but it's also usually much less crowded. Same story with the basketball courts upstairs: usually vacant.
This place is considered to be "too far" for some people, but the extra 5 minute walk is totally worth it, especially knowing that no machine has a wait line.
The Rec is way better to work out at than Gregory because not many people go here. There is always a treadmill or elliptical open and no wait on the machines.
