Have your carpet professionally cleaned before moving out or they will try to take your security deposit, and charge you 1200$ to replace all the carpet even if it's not damaged.

Love our loft. Great playground/foresty park for kiddos. Good community. Parking SUCKS on weekends though.

One of our favorite places in Hillsboro. If you need housing in this area definitely check out Palladia.

Don't trust anything not spelled out in your lease. Mgmt is ineffective in handling issues and if you complain too much they will be vindictive when you leave. Lived here on two separate occasions.
