Rubbish service. Slow as not enough Staff. Costa had no cold drinks and BK couldn't serve I've creams. Also W H Smiths charge £1.20 for a bag of crisps! Avoid unless you are desperate.Upvote1Downvote

Never ever expect to get coffee at 6am. The staff will either be asleep or telling you the coffee machine is closed for cleaning. But nobody is cleaning anything.Upvote1Downvote
