Their fees are low for all the gym you get with MANY subtitled TVs NOT on FOX news. A pool, classes, a sauna, makes this a good REAL gym.

Turned away at the door- there are two separate Golds franchises and only those who are members of south side locations can use this gym. Customer service / sales opportunity fail 😕

This is one of the nicest gym's in the area. If you are a traveler. And based out out of Richmond sign up here and ask for Scott!

Go to BodyAttack when you can. It's hard but it's one of the best workouts I've ever had.

Yoga is pretty good. Not a fan of the yearly maintenance fee. Seems kinda stupid considering you're already paying for membership. It should already be included.
