It can be one the best experiences in your life. It's the biggest screen in the UK with stunning resolution. You can't see anything like this. Watch a film here. Just do it.
Great experience. They do try to keep up-to-date with the latest in 3-D films; but my best ever experience there was watching the classic film 'Lawrence of Arabia' in all its 70mm glory, back in 2003!
Get there early and enjoy a cool beer in the circle around the inside of the roundabout, cafe has free WiFi and fairly relaxed buzz. Costa do cakes and coffee(?) there's a bar 4 the usual & ice-creams
Great cinema for serious filmgoers, always a decent crowd. If you want something really special, make sure you watch a feature with scenes filmed in native IMAX (70/15) format. Will blow you away!
The biggest screen in the UK. If you want premium seatsbook in advance as they go fast. And get a seat where the screen just about fills your field of vision for that immersive experience.
Absolutely brillianr cinema. I sat in row S and thats the best row.if you really like sitting in the centre seat 8 is the best. Must see films in 3D there its immense
Watching a film here is often the best way to enjoy cinema. The screen is so large that you are rarely distracted and the patrons are other cinephiles who respect the experience.
The screen here is too huge. Sound and seats and everything is fine but for 3D movies in particular you will have a problem of the movie getting out of sync with the 3D effect and it will look broken.
Run by the British Film Institute, it has easily the biggest cinema screen in the country with screens the height of 6 buses and digital surround sound.
The biggest screen in Britain, don't you know? Pay extra for a premium seat, or perhaps a double seat for a date? Pic n mix is for sale, and the screen really is all that.
If you have the confirmation email on your phone that's all they need to scan. Don't bother printing it off or collecting tickets, just walk straight upstairs and show your phone screen to the usher.
If you're heading to the toilets before your film you might want to play some music to block out spoilers from the people who have just come out of the previous screening. ;-)
