Azuma consistently churns out great Japanese staples. Sashimi/sushi are always fresh and succulent. Baked Scampi with Mayonaise, Ebi Tempura & Terriyaki Chicken are superb. Avoid Steak with miso sauce
Authentic & expensiveJapanese restaurant (confirmed by a Japanese co-worker). Had cold yakisoba, tempura, and Japanese dessert. Also try Yebisu beer produced by SapporoBrewery.
Nigiri is not bad here but the miso cod was dry and not tender. The wagyu beef was good quality but the sauce wasn't tasty. Pork belly was mediocre. It was so hard to get the waiter's attention!
