First time visitors, if you miss the $25 dollar exam coupon, it is only for the first VISITors, not the first customer,,, and they don’t tell you. They keep it secret.

They lack the communication, doctors and staff, they let you know the vaccine due date on the date (I was there a day before, they didnt mention) and they lost my dog’s previous vaccine doc.

Very disappointed at this hospital... they lose document, slow at following up, staffs and doctors all speak differently and they dont have consensus. Their doc filing system is the worst part.
