Great classic grand hotel in the historic centre of Oslo. It's a little old-fashioned and the standard rooms are small but still a nice place to stay. Breakfast is really good but in an ugly space
Great location, close by to a lot of sights. Room was modern and nice view to the square. Great selection to the breakfast buffet. Overall very happy with the stay.
Pricyhotel but recently renovated so everything looks perfection, very friendly and helpful staff as well. Hotel is location in the eat location of Oslo.
Just checked in. Grand Hotel has still some "grandeur" and has nice rooms but could use a little update. With these rates...should be possible to afford a welcome in 21st century.
Reclining woman is a statue by Columbian artist Fernando Botero. The statue is currently residing at Grand Hotel before she will be installed at Ekeberg Skulpturpark.
No clock in the room and main electrical switch kills all outlets too so if you depend on phone alarm you may end up dried up batteries (or you can try to sleepwhile lighs are on)
Caution, don't use the shower for more than a few minutes because you will flood the floor since the floor drain is clogged in most rooms :( 37X-382 and 47X-482
Rooms are pretty small, dark even with the lightning and are not conveniently usable. Management and the reception is not flexible with anything. At least bellboys are always smiling.
Отличные завтраки, много свежих фруктов. Светлые Чистые номера. Немного запутанная логистика, например 4 и 5 этаж в лифте объединены, а потом нужно бродить по коридорам и искать нужную лестницу
