I have to disagree about the employees not showing you where something is. I wanted to be pointed in the right direction and I got escorted!

Need employees (other than those who are busy cutting fabric) to be around to "help" with needs and directions, etc. (during busy times). The Robinson store is really filthy--get a new cleaning crew!

I agree with others, they aren't helpful with showing you where something is, they just point to the area. It's like they are to busy to be of any help. Other then that the store is clean and nice.

Prices listed in the store are not always the same as the ones online, & they will not do a price match unless you bring a print out of the web page. :-(

They are horrible with helping you. Just points you to where you need to go and it's usually wrong. Same experience 2 days ago at the south hills one too
