I just walked in, found one of many empty cardio machines and got it done. Read complaints about dirty machines and people in flip flops...idk, I'm here on a Saturda at 8 am and it's all good.
This gym might not have the best equipment nor, the low traffic everyone enjoys so much. But, If your serious about your health and want to reach your goals. Look into training.
Pro- the classes are great! Con- the staff are not. I went to look into the training program and the guy was sexist and it was obvious he didn't care about my health- only my $$.
It's always been busy, but now it is insane! They closed a gym on Elliot/alma and are referring everyone to this location. Don't go on Saturday mornings or anytime after 3pm.
They just upgraded many machines to new ones. Bravo. And they seem to be trying to service some of the older ones. Now if they would just regulate the chlorine in the pool a bit better...
Not a good location to try and work your legs... Only one working press and no hack... Too bad the gorillas are too busy doing shrugs in the rack for someone to actually use them for squats...
