Waited in line for over 20 minutes on a Sunday morning. There were 8 people working and 4 guests in line. WTH?! After the wait, our order (simple) was still botched. This place is a nightmare.

Crummy service. Waited in line for 12 minutes, not one of the six employees behind the counter acknowkedged me let alone took my order.
