Great gym! Right near my office - has all the equipment you would ever need. Amenities: pool/sauna/Pilates/cycling/basketball courts/free weight. Friendly staff as well

I highly recommend any class with Tara or Cedric! If you're looking for a good workout, definitely try their classes out!
