All of the staff are helpful and pleasant except for Carlos. He works the front desk, and has a severe attitude problem. I've called corporate on numerous times and will continue to do so as needed.
Sears sold me the wrong product and now (after their mistake) won't give me my money back. DO NOT SHOP AT SEARS! You can get better quality, a better price, and better customer service anywhere else!
