Suzy Coleman: My favorite coastal hike. Incredibly scenic and easy to do. It's a bit of drive, but worth it. Great place to take out-of-towners who are looking to see the great pacific. Bring your camera!

Suzy Coleman: When you live/work in the Peninsula and need to get outside - this is a great loop to walk. There is zero shade, so bring a hat and sunglasses. If it's 80+ degrees, skip it.
Suzy Coleman: This place is BIG! And with trails with a lot of tree coverage, it's a good place to go when it's super sunny out. Also great place to picnic. Plan to spend some time as there is an entrance fee.
Suzy Coleman: Great walking trails here and if you are an aviation nerd like me, you will enjoy not just seeing birds take flight but lots of small airplanes.

Suzy Coleman: A surprising nice place and really easy to get to, right off 280. While this means you do hear the traffic, the views are still really nice.
Suzy Coleman: There is a great paved walkway along Crystal Springs. It's perfect for stroller rides with young kids. It goes on and on-so be prepared for how long you walk, you will have to do the whole thing back!
