Fatin: I totally recommend to come here early in the morning where the weather feels super breezy and less hot to walk around. Best view is definitely in the evening to see the sunsets. ✨
Debbie Amh: Comfy cafe down memory lane, by the sea, with good cup of 70% pure choco and dose of espresso (iced makes the drink just nice but you can always customise to your liking), owner super nice too! Win!
Tabitha Johnson: The broth to their noodle is clean and delicious. The fish balls are tender and flavorful. Ordering can be a challenge, just be patient. The lady will come to you.
Philip Lee: Definitely one of the best. Love their additional roasted pork, braised intestines and egg! Be sure to try their Kien-Loh. Combination of hokkien + Loh mee.

Vincent Wong: Mee goreng mamak + sotong.. Be ready to queue for 20-30 minutes on weekend.. Coconut shake is just beside it. Mee sotong 7/10; coconut shake 7/10..

Carol Soong: Good insight to a Peranakan's way of life.. But brief & limited descriptions. It'll be recommended for the guided tour. Best to schedule yourself a 2 hrs slot for this museum to make your money worth.

Stewart Tan: One of the best Asam Laksa you'll taste in Penang. Authentic and flavorful, RM5 for one bowl. Standards have dropped a bit but still worth a try!
Stewart Tan: Oh Chien (Oyster) here is not bad, the wood fire pizza is also excellent! However, the elderly couple takes two hours to make your pizza, so do call 012-4512354 in advanced.
Stewart Tan: First time trying duck Kway Chap, absolutely loving it! The duck soup has such a flavorful aroma! RM10 per bowl. You can also place an order for chicken feet from the opposite coffee shop!

Stewart Tan: Super long queue for the famous cendol in Penang. RM2.90 per bowl, you may sit in the coffee shop few feet down the road, they'll deliver it to you hassle free. Taste wise, prefer Melaka's cendol 😊
Stewart Tan: Must stop biscuit shop in Penang for their famous Tambun biscuits, for souvenirs or take home. RM7.20 for small box, RM14 for big box. Closed on Sundays and on most public holidays.
Stewart Tan: By far one of the best char kway teow in Penang using pork lard and charcoal fire. Come before 3pm if you don't want to wait an hour for a plate or for a table. Uncle cooks by the road side!
Stewart Tan: Excellent Chee Cheong fun with homemade prawn paste. Only RM3.90 for a plate, only place in Penang that serves this I think! Do give char kway teow stall a miss, have tasted much better elsewhere!

Stewart Tan: Curry mee served by three very old sisters. Probably the only selling point is the aunties sitting on a stool and serving curry mee from their pots. Tastes very average and nothing special about it 😕
Stewart Tan: Very fresh seafood served here, crabs, prawns, lala, squid etc. reasonable price too! 8 dishes for 4 pax, rounded up to RM150 only, where to find! Plus dinner here comes with an excellent sunset
manu prasad: Slightly costlier than standard. Loved the fried oysters and Curry Mee. Good Lor Bak, Rojak and Wantan Mee as well. Didn't like the grilled fish much. Ice Kacang was a lot of ice!
Daniel Ng: Food definitely lives up to expectation. This is one of the best Chinese restaurants in Penang. If you intend to visit, it's wise to book before hand as the business is crazy good.
