Li Bai impressed me again with this fusion Cantonese food bar. Extensive and interesting menu. Enjoyed the salted egg yolk buns, honey char siew, moonlight truffle hor fun, and vodka milk tea (!!)
Look at those pork bellies! Only $6.90 for a bowl, value for money. I agree that the broth is light but it's fine for me.
Enjoyed my Spicy Salmon rice bowl! All mains go for $9.90, making it a pretty value-for-money dining option in this prime area.

Baked rice comes with soup of the day. Iced Milk Tea even comes with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and hit the sweet spot for me.
For 1st-timers ordering the Ma La Soup Base, would suggest to go with less oil and less spicy.
Agree with the tips - cheap and good milk tea here ($1.50). Other nearby drink stalls are gonna charge you a dollar plus for their drinks anyway, so might as well get a milk tea from here!

Waffles are not fantastic, they have VERY unique ice cream flavours, such as pineapple tarts, chilli crab (it's spicy!), chendol, and white truffle (which really tastes like truffle fries!)
Enjoyed the rich crab broth, though it's expensive at $22 a bowl. Free hard boiled eggs, beansprouts and nira cabbage garlic are available. Service is very prompt.
Not on the menu, but you can request for both sliced and fried fish (双鱼) for $5.20

For $4, there is a generous portion of meat served, very value for money. No wonder it has been voted Number 3 by Taxi Drivers in Channel U's Yummy King 优选美食王!
Long queue speaks for itself. Cheap and wide variety of dishes to choose from. One of the best cai fan I've had.
One of my fav breakfast places. Tiong Bahru Pau is opp Jurong Town Council. Apart from paus, they also serve well prepared dim sum like fried carrot cake and siew mai. MUST try their porridge too!
If you are eating here with a group, you do not need to join the queue. Just approach their staff and place your order with them.
Go for the Premium Char Siew. It's one of the best char siew you can find in a hawker centre.
I like how the rice is not oily and is VERY fragrant. I added 2 eggs for only 50 cents more (Total: $3.50). Cheap and good.

More people need to know about their egg tarts and blueberry cheese tarts! Get them early or call them to reserve as they are usually sold out by 1-2pm!
The fried dumplings (guo tie) here are so much better than the branch at People's Park Complex!
There's a Boon Tong Kee for duck too?? Try their $4 set meal. The chilli goes very well with the duck rice!

Can't go wrong with Red Velvet x Nutella cake! Good for sharing as it's quite a big piece.
