One of the nicest places on staten island. Very beautiful and peacefull. A must see for anyone visiting Snug Harbor.
Walk the whole thing (sunset = best). If its night time, look for the exhibitionists Doing Their Thing in the windows of the Standard Hotel. Sit in sunken mini-theater (you'll know it when you see it)
Sit upstairs in the corner and look out over 2nd St & Ave A. One of the best seats in NYC to have a drink. Hint: don't try this one weekend.
As the name suggests, the Earth Room is a room full of dirt. Rich, dark dirt, knee deep, housed in a 3600 square foot room in Soho, intriguing viewers for the past 30 years.
Everyone knows to get the corn, but try the rice milk. Get it to go and walk around the hood.
