An Aladdin’s cave of tech and photography. The staff are amazingly helpful & knowledgable plus the selection is second to none. It’s worth going just to experience the crazy overhead delivery system!

Incredible place. It's huge! I went in for film. You select what you want, get a ticket, pay at a different desk, and pick up at a third one. Well oiled machine with great selection.

A technological marvel of technological shopping. Conveyor belts overhead impossibly transport all merchandise from the well stocked sales floor directly to the counter. Lots of toys to play with too.

If you’re not impressed by the Willy Wonka conveyor belt, you are a hollow husk, devoid of whimsy. Also, you think you know everything, but a staff member will always teach you something new.

A photographer’s holy land. You can get anything and everything photography related here. Go upstairs to talk to a sales person who can help find exactly what you need.

Outstanding service. Plenty of options in the mobile phone department. Staff was ready to answer questions, compare phones and was incredibly knowledgeable about the models' tech specs.

It's a paradise for tech lovers. It's the most organized caos I have ever seen. It's amazing how the system works and even with many customers they are very attentive.

Awesome selection, can be overwhelming. Do your research before arriving as the selection of cameras and gadgets can be overwhelmingly. You will positively find what you need!

B&H closes early on Fri 4 Sabbath observance. If you are rushing b4 closing with a return & a purchase: go in the RETURN entrance, they can arrange for most purchases if you have the item#.

To buy a 10$ camera strip you need to wait in 3(!) queues: One to get a ticket for an item, another to pay for ticket and third to get an item

Bias against female and minority workers. Pay them less and pass them over for promotions. They make the Mexican immigrant works use a separate bathroom from everyone else.

EXTREMELY RUDE when I tried to return something for the first time, after shopping at their Manhattan store for years. Keep your ears open for subtle but very rude remarks if you go there. NOT WORTH!

Meh. Just go to their online store or Amazon/Best Buy. Having to check my small bag was annoyance #1. #2 came as it took 10 minutes for a salesman I didn't want to talk to, to offer unhelpful advice.
