    Stuyvesant Town & Peter Cooper are pet - especially dog! - friendly. Check out the Stuyvesant Town Dog Park (near Beth Israel Medical) at 15th Street between 1st & 2nd Avenues.

    Don't let the stuystapo nazis tell you that you can't go in grassy areas with your dog. As long as you have him/her on a 6ft or less leash, and stay out of flower or tree beds, you are good!

    You'll always have a tough time finding a cab in the morning on 14th St. You're better off using apps like Hail-O or Uber for your morning commute.
