Come check out the awesome St. Marys River & Waterfront. Parks, playgrounds, and a lovely pavilion overlooking the river. Plenty of spots to fish/cast nets. Catch tours to Cumberland here.
Take a short boat ride over to the National Park Service's Cumberland Island! Beautiful horses and other wildlife roam freely. Don't forget Dungeoness!
There is a White Deer which is sometimes spotted around Dungeness. If you see him(or her) it means you will have good weather for the remainder of your trip!
If you come in the summer, it's going to be hot! Cool off, with fun for both kids and adults (grown ups...there's a lazy river!)
Don't take Amex, but the food is great if you're willing to spend the money. Fresh caught!
The base is not for public entry, but you can swing a right just before the gate to park and walk around this beauty.
