I'm not sure that this place has outlets, but has wi-fi, is not to crowded, and is good if you are working late and other nearby cafes have closed.
Probably the most obvious choice for wifi working in Oslo. Lots of space, reasonable number of outlets, decent wifi. Gets quite noisy around 7 as it turns into more of a bar.
Probably my favorite cafe / bar in Oslo. Not totally ideal for working, you may be distracted by all the really really good looking people, excellent cocktails, etc. Couch seat has outlet, fast wifi
At the nice end of the franchise spectrum these cafes / bakeries had good wifi, and usually a few outlets. Nice pizzas too.
Only a few spots with outlets, but its not normally crowded. One of the few spots where you can get a full cafe breakfast (recommend the eggs and bacon!) and do some work.
