Interesting spot, no fancy drinks (does cocktails but not that well), but moves from a bar into a club at a certain hour. A Lively fun atmosphere with bar flaring show and fire!

This 9RMB noodle join is a Shanghai icon, come for the "ma jiang mian" Sesame Noodles. It's run down but really feels like a symbol of yesteryear (it even made it to the Louis Vuitton Travel Guide).
Nice trendy Spanish restaurant, proper paella (a little toasted at the bottom) and Spanish potato egg tortilla.
One of the best cocktail bars in Shanghai, ask to go upstairs as soon as you enter, you'll have to wait for an hour or two but the best of the best is there (and it's a quieter affair than downstairs)
