This beach is worth the trip. It reminds of the beach from the Leonardo DiCaprio movie called 'The Beach' except this beach has no mountains surrounding it.
Make sure to climb the rocks to find the infamous hole where Jacinto lost his vaca, aka cow, and followed him down the hole. Myth calls for you to yell "Jacinto, dame la vaca" and watch the waves rise

Beautiful and calm beach- no waves! Continue west on the windy road (187) for kiosks with lots of local yummy food!
This is a nice stretch of very soft sand and turquoise water. The waves are big so bring your boogie board. This beach is just east of Luquillo and has much fewer people. Free parking!
