Cocktail Bar · Shibuya, Tokyo, Tōkyō · 49 tips and reviews
audri n: amazing cocktails and English speaking bartenders. NYC cocktail bar vibe, except without the pretentious attitude. impeccable service and drinks! my favorite spot during my stay in Tokyo.
Harrison Johnson: Strong omakase, itamae was friendly and funny. Eel, sardine, amberjack, & fresh prawn were favorites, unlimited veggies and good miso 🍤🍣🥗🍲
Susan Loh: Splurge on the set course. Well worth it! And if you aren't an intestines lover, they'll swap them out for larger cuts of normal meat, like tongue and heart.
Steve Tan: Gyukatsu Motomura. They only serve Beef Cutlet. It is special and delicious; juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. I recommend the "double meat" option :)
Ivana Kurtović: This is one of 3 top places with great in Tokyo. Also has it's own roastery, place to sit outside and chill. On top floor there is no1.urban bbq place- Smokehouse
Clemens: Great one of a kind bookstore in the heart of Tokyo. Cafes, adjacent shops and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating areas make Tsutaya T-Site more of a relaxation zone than a typical bookstore.
Y.Arman Barlas: Very nice room with the perfect view and cozy bathroom with bigger size bathtub, bigger in real than the pictures. Close to subway and restaurants and cafes.
Nikki Snowhite: Perfect bar to sample Japanese craft beers. Get the 10-beer sampler. Generous tastings & gives you a variety. Happy hour looked like it had good food options.
Lance Shields: There's an amazing espresso bar on the far side called Blue Sky Coffee. Lovingly made cappuccino. Also they sell Yona Yona beer, the best micro beer in Japan.
George A: Clean facilities, friendly staff, nice outdoors areas w/ one sauna and a steam room. Nice variety and decent price. Easily accessible (10 minute walk) from the Mita-sen line. Great for wintertime.
Okonomiyaki Restaurant · 神宮前 · 63 tips and reviews
Régis Poulet: Great okonomiyaki and monjiyaki! Love to prepare them ourselves thanks to the detailed explanations printed for tourists. Nice staff and great value with the AYCE menu !
Emily K.: Go with the ロース (fattier, tastier, and a bit bigger). Add a skewer (串) which comes with fried onions if you're starving. Miso soup is killer with fatty pork bits. Even the white rice is top notch.
Kris Concepcion: The sukiyaki is great at the primary branch of Imahan's. Steps away from Ningyocho station, be ready to splurge on some of the best beef you will taste. Reserve a set menu ahead of time!
nina: I love Muji too much. And it's connected to another love: Loft. In addition to the usual stuff, there's an epic cafe and you can step inside of a Muji house (they're for sale).
혜원 ♡: Excellent, cheap, local food option with an English menu. Be sure to try the Japanese seasoning. This seasoning is incredibly hard to find. I found it at Takashimaya, a Japanese department store.
Mari Abe: Nestled at the foot of tokyo tower, enjoy traditional Japanese cuisine in private rooms tucked throughout the garden grounds. Tofu is the specialty here. Must go for tourists!!
