New hotel building with good working facilities (good shower pressure). Rooms are on the smaller side but reasonable. Walking distance to East Village. Get a room facing away from Delancey St.
On a busy night, sit in the cocktail area outside. Limited menu, but still great. Burgers, pizza, salads. Fair process too.
