- When leaving the car rental lot the concrete messes with the gps and everyone gets on the road and has to slow down or stop before the first intersection to wait for the satellites to catch up. :-)
- Lucretia PruittNovember 28, 2014If you are cruising or leaving in the evening, the hotel by E concourse has a day rate from 10-6p. Worth every penny. Quiet, comfy beds, dark and chill.
- If traveling during American holidays give yourself at least 2 hours minimum, safer bet is 2.5 hours! American Airlines terminal is the best! So much variety you’ll never be bored!
- Nice Airport. TSA PRE lane on terminal D took just 3 minutes to get thru. Cafe Versailles is Da Bomb! Order a Medianoche and Cafecito anytime, can't miss. The American Express Centurion Lounge...
- Want a quick cafe con leche, pastelito to go b4 u board? Cuban cafe - creatively spelled "KU-VA" is just what your tastebuds are asking for. Buen Provecho! Enjoy!

- Friendly staff in immigration. Free wifi, turn your step monitor or RunKeeper on if you're going to get rental car... You'll add tons to your steps.... I promise!
- Lisa StarbucksNovember 16, 2014If you have a visa waiver - go to the machines at the right hand side. You just need your passport and the machine recognised you. The queue there is much shorter!!
- From baggage claim, go the the 3rd floor and follow the signs for car rental. You get to ride a train!
- Check prices from Fort Lauderdale if you're flying nationally, FLL is usually way cheaper!! And just 23 dolar share ride away (and the shared rides from there are allways almost empty!!)
- It's so hot here everyone wears a bikini or thong. But they travel with 3 giant, overstuffed bags per person. What is everyone carrying?!??
- AA’s PreCheck only lane always gets me through in under 10 minutes. Otherwise, concourse E is the fastest line. Avoid concourse D lines, they’re always the longest.

- When you get to baggage claim, go straight outside and grab a free Smartecart and save yourself 5 bucks. People that get taxis, Supershuttle, or picked up, leave them on the curb.

- Kiara MarchJanuary 7, 2016Arrive there on time! Is a very big airport. Depending the terminal you are in, shopping and restaurant options may be very limited (concourse F for example) eat before or come prepare for a tiny pizz
- If you're a divorce lawyer, you should DEFINITELY call your clients and pace the gate area while you yell into the phone that they've "given her too much already." It will be fun for everyone.
