The staff is a bit aloof, but the store and inventory is first rate. Don't forget to check out their stationary store around the corner on Mulberry Street.
Abundant and beautifully curated selection, with thoughtful employee picks. Great magazine selection and exhaustive events schedule. My favorite bookstore in town, hands down.
Coffee table books make such great accents around the home. You'll find some of the newest releases in design and architecture books here. Their book signing events are wonderful, too.
Used to come here every weekend to work until they took wifi away :( Still great for people watching or reading. Love the ambiance and decor. My kinda cafe-bookstore.
Don't miss the amazing array of letterpressed and hand-printed cards by the register. Rifle, Enormous Champion, Yellow Owl Workshop, Beau Ideal, & so many more!
Great spot for getting work done. There's no free wifi so that takes away unnecessary distractions on one's laptop. The books in the store - well now that's another story completely!
Another great experience. Looking for a gift w very specific parameters; Roger came though w flying colors. Think he's the food expert & was great to speak with someone passionate about their craft.
One of my favorite bookstores, ever. I know it's a cliche, but you REALLY can spend hours in here browsing the stacks. Awesome selection of cool magazines too.

Go this indie bookstore for wonderful selection of books and other goods. Check out the quirky cafe when you need a break, and *psst...the restroom is literally, "wild"!
