In the east of Amsterdam near Oosterpark, you have the Oosterpark- and Transvaal neighbourhood. A nice area with some great spots to eat, drink or doing things and not so touristic as the city centre.
Erg kindvriendelijk. Zelfs zo erg dat je raar wordt aangekeken als je er geen bij je hebt :-P
The best terrace to catch the sun with a nice view of Oosterpark. Try the 'Mega Vega Sandwich' for lunch, it's delicious.
If you're not hungry, come sit on the terrace and order a pitcher of sangria under the sun!
Buiten borrelen in de winter blijft mooi. Dankzij de terrasverwarming is dat goed te doen. Goede bierkaart en prima bediening.
