Just trust Daniel Burns and his crew. The nicest, most personable and fun tasting menu experience I've ever had. Plus the food is outstanding. The tartare, oyster and mussels were all highlights.

Everything is good, but ESPECIALLY the bread. Ohhhh. My. God. The beer pairings are a must: each one is very unique and pairs well with each course, and it's not as filling as you think it will be.

Get the beer pairing - it's an unique experience with beers often pairing with smaller components of a dish. Request for counter seats so you can hang with Chef Burns - chill dude. Heavenly bread.

Highlights: Mussel emulsion (woah), roasted beets (amazing), fresh sourdough bred (crusty yumminess) & tongue salad (melt in your mouth)! A bit pricey yes but worth it.

Food was innovative and delicious but not mind blowing. Worth trying, especially if beer pairing is your thing. Service was outstanding.

uksus, is a small tasting room in the back of a beer bar, Tørst. Juxtaposition of eating high-end cuisine while deep house cuts pulse through the sound system.

Get the beer pairing. They do that better than anyone in craft beer you are remotely likely to experience. Oh and HAM CHIPS!

Go for this earliest tasting and you'll feel like you're in a private dining room, with a chance to chat with the chef.

Super interesting food but expensive considering the inexpensive ingredients. Still a very entertaining evening and tons of creativity.

Apparently this is the only Michelin starred restaurant with a beer-only pairing menu. So worth it.

My problem is the bar is pouring much better beers than the restaurant uses for their beer pairing.
