Fantastic service! I have never been to a hotel where the staff's main concern is focused on your stay not only in the hotel but on the island as well. The rooms are very clean and the floors are tile

Staff is very helpful but I found someone else’s fake eyelash in my room. Also the shower can’t hold a temperature as it will spike to boiling hot for no reason

This is a nice Outrigger, condo-style. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and decent-sized.

I'm not a fan of staying in hotels, but I had a great experience at this one. Pay a little extra for an ocean view room, though, if you plan to use your balcony at all.

Great hotel, super friendly staff. But try to avoid rooms on the side facing the gas station and car rental lot.

Great hotel, the friendliest staff. Quick walk away from main Waikiki shopping strip and the beach.

This is a nice Outrigger. The cold water with infused fruit in the lobby is pretty damn good!

The in room wifi may be free, but its a third of the speed I get with 3G.
