Pulqueria is the Mexican spinoff from the owners of Apotheke. In addition to food they offer beer, Micheladas, and Mexican inspired tequila and mezcal-based cocktails like pulques and Jarrito Locos.
From the guys behind Death & Co., including Joaquín Simó, Tales of the Cocktail 2012 American Bartender of the Year. Featuring everything from Tiki riffs to stirred classics, and the service is tops.
The scene is Americana and the cocktails are savory and eclectic, employing everything from kale juice in the Garden Variety Margarita to Szechuan peppers in the Track Town Fizz.
