The view over the city is better than on top of Hallgrimskirkja. Take the lift to the 4th floor for the terrace (10am-10pm summer). Revolving restaurant is higher (5th floor) and is worth at sunset.
Remember to leave in plenty of conditioner BEFORE entering the lagoon... otherwise a lot of bad hairdays will follow! Besides, it's free inside the locker room.
One of the best museums ever visited. Great displays, overwhelmingly informative, NOT boring in the slighest. Check out the hands-on rooms on the second floor where you can try the ring armour on!

Great hot pool! Come here for the "real" Icelandic bathing experience. It's free and there are showers, toilets, lockers and even a small shop. Great place to relax!
