Thunder Cat: Incredible tasting menu, full of surprises and nice touches. There are only 8 seats and the chefs work in front of you the whole time, talking through each course. A true gastronomic treat.
Jean Lee: Tried the Choux pastries, they are all awesome, caramel sale is my fav. Tried the Bamboo as well, super, he really lives up to his reputation
Dens: Touristy yea, but what did you expect from the place that lets you ORDER SUSHI ON AN IPAD AND HAVE IF DELIVERED VIA MINIATURE MONORAIL! Suck it up and go here, you tourist! Choo choo!!!!
H Masri: Fine dining with a view. The food was definitely worth the price. The 31st storey SW view of Tokyo with SkyTree in the foreground was definitely a big plus. Better book you seats.
Olivia Fung: Great garden! Lots of cats around who are friendly. Ok to pat. There is also a ladies only teppenyaki restaurant. Main meals in one building and dessert in the other. Bizzare!
Big Jim: Best 'western style' breakfast I have ever had in Japan Fresh omelettes made on the spot! killer french toast waffles fried bacon eggs sausages & all the trimmings This place does breakfast properly!
Helena Wong: 10 piece omakase & soup will cost you about 2200 yen, 12 piece about 2800 yen. Extra uni 500 yen..cheaper than the US. The fish was fresh and portions were large!
Sheepie: Quite expensive but probably one of the best sushi/sashimi in the world! Especially the uni and yellowtail belly, will leave you craving for seconds for sure!!
G: Lunch is a steal - preset was 4800 yen (~$40) and included 5 assorted bite size appetizers, entree, dessert. Everything was incredible. apps alone would cost $40-50 at an equivalent place.
Lacoste: Order several small plates to share then take a walk on the balcony. If it looks familiar it's because this is where The Bride fights the Crazy 88s in "Kill Bill Vol. 1"...silly rabbit.
Alexis D: Amazing small bar on the 3rd floor of a small building with an amazing choice of whiskies. The owner speaks English and projects old silent movies on the wall with a playlist of movie soundtracks.
Tracy Ng: There's no English menu or much English spoken but the restaurant people are the sweetest ever and will guide you as best they can. AMAZING shabu shabu. All grades of meat are fantastic.
Edward K: HAve a cocktail, some cheese platters... enjoy the pretty impressive Gotham City view a.k.a Tokyo city night view from the top floor at Peak lounge, Park Hyatt - Best hotel in town.
Hop Leaf Beer Hong Kong: Baird Beer taproom in Harajuku, offering delicious yakitori (chicken BBQ) and wide range of Baird beers, including their limited seasonal brews. We had the Temple Garden Yuzu Ale which was amazing.
Fuyuhiko Takaya: Famous for weekend dessert buffet for quality dessert lovers in Tokyo. But for guests, it's much important that the lounge offers foods for 24h 365 days ! Grab foods when you're starving at mid-night!
Travel + Leisure: Park Hyatt's 40th-floor restaurant is a lavish introduction to Japanese fine dining, where a kimono-clad waitstaff serves chef Kenichiro Ooe’s simple yet refined dishes on handmade pottery.
sayumi: The line goes by fairly quickly and their lobster rolls are definitely worth the wait! The portions are what you would expect in Japan, but the U.S. size is pretty filling.
Tom Halleran: Two connecting alleys of Japanese street food. Look for the yakitori stall that only serves pork and beef, and the noodle and tempura place. Both will be consistently crowded, but are worth the wait.
jose ignacio Cabezas: Si vais a Tokyo no os podéis perder la zona del goldengai. Para empezar acercaos aquí, Macy Kanako habla un poco de español y os explicará q bares están bien
Janelle J.: If you're looking for the tourist bar-hopping experience, here you go. Hundreds of tiny 3-4 person bars, each with pretty eccentric owners. Try and haggle down the table charge, if they have one.
Dens: Yes, full of tourists. And yes, every one of your friends told you to go here. It's batshit crazy in a way you won't see batshit crazy in the US. Maybe get super cranked before you go.
Nicky Lonborg: This place is so much fun & not anything like usual themed spots. Love the private rooms, ninja servers, fun dishes, mystery! The food is actually So good here! Every course was excellent, all 11.
