Fresh spring rolls here are awesome. And I always get the pho here. Always. Eye of round and brisket (or fat brisket if I'm feeling particularly celebratory).
A good Pho place in the Addison area. The noodle soup and noodle salad are both particularly good. Weekday lunch crowds are the worst here. Try to go early if you can.
