This is my favorite park in the city. It's a bit crowded in the summer as some of the walkways are quite narrow, but it's fun there. It's also a bit quiet, above the traffic, rather than on level.
This is a great place to hang out. The changing artwork in the main lawn is fun to see as well. It's a good place to go with a book and relax for a while, and often gets some light breezes through.
It seems like there's always something or other going on here, artists, performers and what not. And it has a good size, though filthy, public rest room...
