Kathryn Yu: The best way to get to Flushing, Queens is using the LIRR. You'll get to Main Street in about 20 minutes.

Kathryn Yu: 40-52 Main Street is the technical address, but the actual window is on 41st Avenue! Get some guo tie.

jon ferrer: get a spicy lamb skewer (or three). they're well-seasoned and only $1 a skewer.

Village Voice: The stall from Xi'an (No. 36) has already spawned branches in two boroughs, and the one from Sichuan (No. 31) produces chile-oiled salads that will blow the top of your head off.

Kathryn Yu: Try #3: the green pepper, mushroom, and pork steamed dumplings. Note: this shop has moved from the Roosevelt Ave location.

Kathryn Yu: Check out their layer cakes (green tea, etc.), cookies, and freshly made pineapple tea cakes (it's like a Fig Newton but with pineapple).

Filipe Fortes: Grab a duck bun from the street stall for $1

Kathryn Yu: Don't be alarmed if the awning says something about a Travel Agency or Ice Cream! It's a dumpling and wonton hole in the wall. Get a dozen meaty, juicy wontons with hot sauce, scallions, etc. on top.

Daniel Au: Get the steamed crab meat pork buns and scallion pancake with beef!

Kathryn Yu: Choose from Chinese sesame pancakes, soy milk, fried crullers, shaved ice, pearl milk tea, Taiwanese "gua bao," stinky tofu, hot pot, beef noodle soup and more from a variety of vendors.
