Jon Pong: Tops for Xiao Long Bao, a must-have at every visit. The fried egg white balls with red bean paste rolled in sugar are a great dessert. Have to wait 20 minutes for them.(better than Din Tai Fung's).

Jon Pong: Not too bad. Siu mai's are pretty good. They seem to be better with quality and service now that they've been up a running for a while. Early weeks were terrible.
Jon Pong: A limited dim sum menu. Standard dim sum's missing such as egg tarts, beef rice rolls, silky tofu yet there are some unique items such as siu mai with scallop instead of shrimp, chicken feet with taro
