This place is incredible - the best THW in HK. Get there midweek, about 10:30, and you'll stroll in with no problems. Get the pork buns.
There is a reason this place gets absolutely packed: it's brilliant. Worthy of the acclaim - you need to get the KFC, and some random chicken bits - don't be dull and get breast.
Best Ramen I found in HK, and I tried a few. That broth has crazy flavour. Not such a fan of their black king. The queue isn't that bad at dinner, really.
If you're looking for tasty, all-night dining in Central, this is your best bet. I love their beef noodle. Portions are huge.
Awesome little place - very popular, but tucked away and has some great cocktails (try the tobacco one!) and tasty eats.
Some really tasty, interesting Vietnamese stuff. Much more exciting than Nha Trang, I think. Not cheap, but has tasty cocktails, and is a great place for dates.
If you just can't find the time to get to the Olympic branch, this is great too. I went 5x in total and thought Olympic was noticeably better, though.
