Johanna Porr: Home of the Newburgh Historical Society, an 1830 Neo-classical mansion that was built by steamboat shipper David Crawford, don't miss their programs throughout the summer and house tours in December.
Johanna Porr: Washington's longest & last headquarters of the Rev. War, in a park over the Hudson River, a house, centennial tower and museum. Opened in 1850 as the first designated historic site in the nation.
