    being polite to gate agents is entirely useless in atlanta. International travellers are bewildered by this phenomenon.

    Worst airport I've ever been too. Horrible customer service, long lines, employees are all over the place and don't know what's going on, planes don't leave on time. Avoid a layover here!

    Don't fly American! They let giant suitcases in the overhead that clearly wouldn't fit in the test box at the gate but they make me check my little backpack due to no room in the overheads.
