WaleskaMay 23, 2012Long layovers seem common here, so they distract you with art everywhere. Not bad at all.
Remember that Chick-Fil-A is closed on Sunday. Don't make the trip and suffer disappointment.

If you have time wander the concourses and check out the amazing stuff customs seized.
Leave yourself plenty of time between flights if ATL isn't your final destination. Getting from terminal to terminal can take a while, even on the shuttle.
Travel on the Fourth of July it's like a ghost town on here. No wait at security.

Yay landed in concourse D6.... Have to run to C6....in 40 mins... Excercise done for the year...
When preparing to Fly into ATLanta or anywhere..try and carry a bookbag.less stuff the better :)
Do yourself a favor and grab a map of the airport when you first come into the facility.
Go to Concourse B for Checkers - best fries and burger around!

The South security checkpoint is for expert travelers. Moves much faster than the others!
Amazing shkps to kill time. Great power stations to recharge too!
Nothing like a last minute gate change. Keep track on the screens.
Look for secret security checkpoints with extremely short lines.

Take the main security lines. At least 10 min faster than South security
