    Amazing hotel with hi-tech modern rooms. Automated blackout blinds and views over Coit Tower and the Bay if you are on the higher floors. Beautiful bar and lobby - breakfasts are great too.

    Continental breakfast includes fresh fruit and a good selection of pastries, bread and bagels, cereal and beverages. Scrambled eggs are good. Worth it for sure. At the Grand Club.

    I stayed here for three nights thru New Year's Eve 2013. As you can see from the photo below, the bathroom sink makes a great ice bucket. Three champagne bottles fit comfortably. Drink responsibly.

    Very cozy, the service very good! Location is great, easy to go around the city! It's a great gym there in the 35 floor. Up in the 36 great view of the city... Just had a great time there!

    MarketingSherpa hosted our 2013 Lead Gen Summit here and would recommend it to others. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Joanna. Be sure to talk to them and ask them about the city!

    Good location just by the Union Square. Free wifi. Cozy spaces. Complimentary pop-up food stands like popcorn & limonade. Nice rooms, convenient for business trips.

    The Grand Club Room that is newly renovated was amazing and I had a perfect view of the city for my stay! I can imagine the Bay view which I will be having for my next stay!

    As of 2017, the 36th floor is exclusively used for meetings. It is NOT accessible even by the hotel's guests.

    We usually stay at the Embarcadero Hyatt but this was a nice change. Design in the rooms is sleek and chic and very comfortable, and the restaurant is quite good.

    The hotel can also setup your tickets for tourist attractions, like Alcatraz Island among others and you can also get restaurant recommendations and have reservations made for you

    Love the location, friendly staff. Especially 32F Grand club Ms. Anh was very friendly. Nearby Powell St. Station and Market street. Definitely center of SFO

    Very modern remodeled rooms. Check in was unusual.I didn't see an elite check in.Oh and make sure you get on the guest elevator and not the maintenance elevator(but I hope that they fix it it up also)

    If you can, get access to the Grand Club on the 32nd floor: there is breakfast every morning and appetizers around dinner time, along with snacks and beverages throughout the day.

    Spencer at check in is the absolute best. View is great, bed is comfy, staff is excellent, no reason to not stay here.

    Check out the illuminated "striped" wood walls at the main escalator, engineered by GPI Design in conjunction with Acosta + Sons! Very unique, great photo op!

    If you're planning to use the hotels wifi be sure you're ready to pay a nominal fee if using it in your room, wifi in public areas is free but not as fast as the paid wifi services

    Excellent location if you are looking to stay in union square. Also opt for the self park when you pull up. Its about 20.00 dollars cheaper.

    If bathroom privacy is something that is important to you, this hotel may not be what you're looking for. A shaded glass slider is what covers the door...and you can't lock it or keep it closed.
