My favorite old fashioned in Philly. Always on point. Everytime. I get it with Mezcal most of the time (not a Oaxacan Old Fashioned). But it's also great with their house bourbon.
Not every bartender there can do it, but the ones that can make an exceptionally good old fashioned.
The bartenders here know their craft. Don't fear ordering from their menu or going off book. And they make a dynamite old fashioned.
Not a remarkable old fashioned, but a damn good one. It's worth of making this list.
