Chicago has great pizza. The best there is. There are several types and I broke my list of 15 in categories, deep dish, thin crust, super thin crust and specialty pizza

David Fagus: A favorite since childhood Lou knows how to dish up the deep dish. Never disappointing, great toppings, great atmosphere. A must visit place for great deep dish pizza.

David Fagus: The crust on its deep dish pizza that is so good you will think you have gone to pizza heaven. Caramelized cheese helps create an unforgettable flavor. Busy all the time, but worth the wait.
David Fagus: A Chicago classic with the writing on the walls, the tourist who have no idea what good pizza is and yet still worth the trip every so often to this location or others in the chain.
David Fagus: or its brother Due are the inventors of Deep dish pizza. I love the chunky tomato sauce they use and this original can not be touched in terms of tradition. This is a great pizza if you go deep dish.

David Fagus: Great for Stuffed Pizza and open until 5am every night. No place better for a late night slice to go. Better than the others close by because more busy equals fresh slices.
David Fagus: With a huge selection of slices to choose from this place has a lot of good choices. My fav is the deep dish from these folks. Easy parking and good prices. Great french fries if you like a side.
David Fagus: The slice joint has some of the biggest slices at the best price you can find anywhere. The pizza is a great thin crust slice that is so big you will never need two to fill you up.
David Fagus: This place is a throw back kind of place. Lets go with 1972 for the decor, but the pizza is amazing. Super thin crust with big honkin flavor.
David Fagus: The second of 2 not in city limits, but worth the trip. This is a homie kind of place with a thin crust pizza that has an amazing crust full of flavor. Self-service keeps the price very reasonable,

David Fagus: They all have a really good thin crust pizza. I like mine with extra sauce and they never fail to deliver on the extra. Stop in any of their locations and treat yourself to a great pie.
David Fagus: A throwback to 1972 with the decor, this super thin crust is one of the best around. Stop in and have a pizza, and if your hungry its not unreasonable to think you can eat a whole pie on your own.
David Fagus: One of two not in city limits but worth the trip. Pizza Puffs cooked to order and bigger than your head. Taste great, but more than a couple per year will kill you.
David Fagus: The Giant is their 24" thin crust treasure. This is a take out/order in kinda place. The thin is really good and the value is incredible. Order or stop in and say HI to Tony from the 49th Ward Dems!
