Very central, on top of the big IFC shopping mall. Have a drink or meal or just a break and enjoy the rooftop with a great view onto both HK island and Kowloon's skyline. Worth a stop.

Chances are you'll see them everywhere on their day off (Sunday) but i remember this park being especially packed with Filipino maids, picnicking, chatting, singing, dancing, ...
In case u are into horse races! Definitely an impressive sight with the green track set against the city skyline.
A ferry trip away, Lamma Island. You can take a walk around the island, along the beaches. And then have fresh seafood at the restaurants at the harbor.
Best cinema in town. And right next door = Kubrick Cafe, film books and a nice cafe to hang out before/after a movie.
A bit of peace and quiet, a zen garden, fish pools and a wooden temple constructed without a single nail. Not that far out.
A bit further out: Walk up the hill to see 10000 buddhas, multiple temples and many worshippers along the way.
